BCM Rls5 and Option11c Integration

Hi to All,

How can I send Display Name between Business Communication Manager BCM450, and Communication Server 1000 Option11c, in both directions.
Note that the link between two PABX is through PRI Card.
So I want to know how can i configure the BCM and CS to show Name in display.

look at your rcap settings on the opt 11.. they do have to be internal trunks, rcap nd3.. even without a d channel they will work.
