RSI is now offering call accounting for CDR, CCR, VM, IVR and Hunt Groups. I found this out when I ordered one of their Visual Rapport screen pop applications for a Norstar customer. I then discovered it works on BCM through LAN CTE. ( is their site for Nortel products.

I also found a new application MerAssistant that can provide MACs on Nortel M1, Succession and CS1K systems on their website. It appears they acquired the solution from PBX Info this month. I stumbled across PhoneMaster from Ireland last month. It appears to be a good product too but the support is overseas. Both products appear to be a bargain over OTM/TM.
