BCM Report download

I have a BCM400 3.7 and I'm trying to view the logs through the

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/download.html

address. I can log in with one of the default passwords and see all the links to the log files, but I cannot download or view any of them. I'm asked for a password but cannot find the right one. I've tried the "supervisor", "ee_admin" and a couple of user specific accounts, but all are rejected.

Any ideas?

go into the maintenance page, use the archlog tools, download the file from there after you make it.
