BCM Release 6 issues

We have just installed a bcm50 R6 and when we dial another site that has got a Norstar we get no ringback, but the phone rings and gets anwsered with 2 way speech.When we dial another BCM site you get ringing but when answered its silent.These calls are on our private network using H323 trunking.
Has anybody come across this issue?
