Long time Norstar Tech. Getting into the wonderful world of BCM, is there a location where I can find the s/w releases?
I know all the Norstar rel but I can't relate intelligently when someone asks about BCM rel.

what type of BCM do u have,, BCM 50, 200/400 ???

Just looking for info on all, do they all have similar rel like Norstar?

They are release 1 through 4 for the BCM200 and 400 with some sub-releases, i.e. 3.5, 3.6 etc. Anything prior to release 4 was running on a Windows NT platform. The 200 and 400 rls 4 ran on Linux. The BCM50 had rls 1 thru 6 and runs on Linux. The BCM450 had rls 1, 5, and now 6 and runs on Linux as well. There was also a BCM1000 that was on a Windows NT platform but I don't recall what releases were available. Some of the older ones were referred to as Enterprise Edge. Some of this comes from way back in my somewhat-hazy memory, so it may not be entirely correct.

not sure about Norstar, but there are early models of BCM 200/400/100, rel 3.5 3.6 3.7 mostly.. these are accessed via an IE browser, then they moved to LINUX on rel 4 useing element manager software, there is also a BCM 50 useing rel 1 2 3 5 & 6. the latest is a BCM 450 rel 1, 5, & 6

Thanks for the info, this is all good stuff.
