BCM registration with NRS

Hi All,

I had BCM 200, it was connected to M1 61C with IPT, I'm working now in migrating to IP peer network.
I can't get the BCM to register with the NRS
I got this message at the NRS terminal
GKNPM: RAS FAILURE: RAS_TYPE : GRQ,Reason=terminalExcluded,SrcIP=172.16.22.13:1285

could any one help to identify what could cause the problem

Did you add the endpoint name to NRS as a RAS H.323 endpoint?

When you added the alias name in the BCM, did you put NAME: in front of the endpoint name?

check that the endpoint exists as h323 endpoint and check the "NCS enabled" for that endpoint.
