BCM REGISTRATION FAILURE AT GATEKEEPER

Hi,

I've got a network of BCM's all going through a gatekeeper to an Opt 61 ...One Bcm recently crashed and i manually reprogrammed it.Somehow it will just not register on the gatekeeper...all the settings are "A" OK , alias etc etc....however I get this error message at the gatekeeper....(16/04/08 15:44:50 LOG0005 GKNPM: RAS FAILURE:RAS_TYPE :GRQ,Reason=terminalExcluded,SrcIP=192.168.115.21:1237)

192.168.115.21 is the address of the said BCM

What could it be that's causing this

Do you have the same name programmed in the gatekeeper as you have programmed in the BCM IP trunks settings? If the name is bcm1234 in the gatekeeper, then you need to put NAME:bcm1234 as the H.323 ID in the BCM. You'll need to reboot the BCM or restart the FEPS service on the BCM after making that change.

Name is a spot on match....I've even compared similar bcm's on the network and they're a match....

Ensure your RAS Port (under H323 Settings) is set to 0. Is this a BCM or SRG as there may be other causes if it's an SRG.

Thanks all , but one keycode (mcdn)was installed and came up corrupt . I got that replaced the BCM registered to the gatekeeper afterward ....
