I have a setup with 10 BCM's and 5 cs1k's connected via a gatekeeper.
I am trying to achieve forward no answer or busy to a number on another node::::::::example: BCM #1 dn 5306 FNA and FWd on Busy to DN 4437 on CS1K #1 .An external call to 5306 will ring the alloted number of times set then forward to 4437 as BCM monitor will show.However the caller keeps hearing a ring (alerting) but the actual set 4437 never rings. We currently use CDP for calls on the nortel networked BCM's and CS1K's
What could I possibly look for on this system that I may have missed.please help
