I have customer that has BCM 400 with PRI that is experiencing some funny problems. They want to foward their DID numbers to their Cell phones. I have set up line redirection and when testing from a cell phone the forwarding won't work and you get dial tone on the cell. If the DID number is called from a system phone using 9 to go out the forwarding works. This was a new system, I believe 3.7 software. Any help would be vastly appreciated
