I was going through the BCM programming with EM today. I de-registered a i2004 (that was previously disconnected) and then the system rebooted. It took 5-10 minutes for it to completely come back. The alarm manager had the following entries:
**ERROR** Received EMS_EVENT_CONNECTION_LOST from MSM;MPS service aborted
Mgs:: Shutting down due to MSM communication failure
Mgs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure
The Media Path Management sub-system unexpectedly became offline - terminating
Got Thread Cancelled Exception in HTTPSvrConnection::run()
There were a bunch of other entries showing services being shut down (CallPilot etc).
Is this a freak thing or a sign of bad things to come?
I am pretty good Norstar programmer and I also did some set restrictions but none of them seem to work. Is this a BCM problem.
