BCM RCC unable to run a specific report

BCM50 Release 2 running contact centre.

When the customer runs reports from the RCC they can generate all reports with the exception of 'Incoming Calls report'.

The system is up to date on patches.

The request appears to go through the motions, and at the bottom of the screen it says it is done. All they see is a grey page. They do not have this issue with any other reports.
We have run the dbfixutil and comes back with no errors.

I am inclined to believe that this may be an issue on the customers data network or an issue on their PC.

I would like to know what you other techies think

As well as all of the new patches was the Reporting for Contact Center software upgraded to the latest version when the patches were installed?BCM050.R200.110-RCC is the
latest version of RCC software for release 2.
