BCM R2 Doorphone issue

We have a BCM50 Release 2.0 (up to date with software patches, including the doorphone patch).

Intermittently, when someone presses the doorphone, instead of ringing the designated Hunt Group, it gives just one burst of ring and stops.

I have gone through the knowledge base on Nortels website but can find no other resolution apart from the doorphone patch.

Is this anything anyone else has encountered?

If I remember isn't there a ringing option when configuring the door phone in Element manager?

what if you set it to ring just one set what does it do ?

It's only dialtone-VZ
 
Here is the settings for the doorphone:

Call Action: Ring Set
Target DN: 463 (Hunt Group 3 - members are 221, 230 and 231 all set to ring only)
Ring delay: 20
Page Target: Internal
Page Zone: Zone 1
Speaker Volume: High
Chime Sequence: 1
Chime Volume: Medium
Opener Type: DOC
Open Digit: 6

When we set it to ring one DN, it works.

When we put it back to above setting, it works. It is only failng intermittently.

I'd make the Target DN an unused available port and attach it to the sets as a Answer DN instead of a Hunt Group.
