My problem is when dialing in the aa answers but when you type in an extension the sytem says you have entered an invallid extension. All extensions are hooked up and mailboxes assigned, the phones divert to voicemail after 3 ring that works when called from another set. The only problem is when the aa picks up (table 1 greeting one) i type in an extension and it say invallid. Any ideas welcome!
 
Did you record a greeting for the AA. I think if memory serves if you record a greeting table message say greeting 1 and do not record a greeting on the table for AA at the bottom custom prompt you will not get the option to dial an extension or repeat the message options.

The other thing to check is that you have set the general properties on the AA to standard or greeting X.

On the callpilot under AA general properties parameter touchtone gateway. Set to standard or whatever.
