BCM PRI to Cisco PRI

I have an existing setup as below that is working good.

BCM400 PRI (Bus 07) ------> TELCO CPE ----> CO

Here is what I want I tried and failed.

BCM400 PRI (Bus 07) ------> CISCO (AS5350) PRI ----> IP

(On Call debug in Cisco I see that I am not getting any digits from the BCM400)

Cisco is setup to be the network side of the PRI and BCM Clock Source shows Primary.

When I dial out from the phone (like we normally do 9+Number) it does not work on the Cisco Setup.

Please help !! Somebody help me !!

Do you need a T1 cross over cable?

I resolved the problem.

Cable for direct connect: T1 Cross Over
Switch Type to be used : primary-ni (cisco) and preferably NI for the BCM.

Make sure that the BCM config is not changed and here is the cisco config :
