It's been awhile since I've been in Edge's/BCM's. I know there were a few platform changes and subsequent access method changes. Can someone give me the $1 version (ie. pre 3.x= IP:6800, after 3.x need Element Manager....). I'm not looking for passwords, but access methods based on s/w level. Also, can you access the new ones or old ones with Windows 7? Are there issues with Windows 7? Thanks in advance.....

BCM platform changes/access

I haven't had any issues with accessing newer BCMs with 7. You can now just browse to the IP address of the BCM and launch Business Element Manager from there without installing it.
