BCM phone T7316E serial number

Hi,
I have customer who has many T7316E phones installed. How can I got the serial number (NNTMxxxx) of the phone ? I know I can read it in the label on the back of phones. However many labela were broken and can't read.
Remark,
In nortel M1, we can use IDU to get this info. But now it is BCM ....

I've just checked out a customers BCM 50 at release 2.0 and I don't think it's possible to obtain the phones serial number on a BCM system. The nearest I got was getting the firmware my going via Element Manager to..

Configuration, Resources, Telephony Resources and then selecting Modules to find the "Sets" line. You can then highlight a phones port and it will display the firmware version for e.g. a M7316e or a M7100 set.

I looked under Administration, General and Hardware Inventory and didn't find any serial numbers there under devices.

You might get lucky by going through a backup of the BCM log files, but I have no idea if this information is stored in them?
