BCM Patch Confusion 1

Can someone assist with explaining how the cumulative patch works in relation to other BCM patches available? For example BCM400 patches available for release 3.6 are..

Does the cumulative patch contain all of the other fixes or should they all be put into a BCM if required? It appears that they should all be put in individually? Any assistance to avoid confusion would be appreciated.

You should read the Cumulative Patch 3 Patch description to see what patches are not included with the cumulative3 patch.

So the base patch level should include at least the Cumulative patch 3 I would assume and if required the other patches can be applied if required and experiencing symptoms. I am from a Nortel PABX back ground so am trying to get across BCM.

for installation i would suggest to apply all available patches. (first cumulative patch 3 than the others)
