What is the procedure for re-setting the nnadmin log-in back to default?

A user of ours changed the logins and now they cannot remember what they are so I need to reset them to the original.

Can anyone advise if there is anywhere I can find this or failing that what I have to do to restore it?

Call Nortel and they can reset it. Or, if a BCM 50, perform a level 2 reset and reprogram/restore programming. If its a BCM 200/400, reimage the drive, then restore/reprogram.
Always a good idea to build a second account in the box with admin rights.

I always have 3 or 4 Admin passwords programmed just for this reason.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

On install I always show the customer that I have created another admin account, and for them to never delete it, just in case something like this happens. Saved a few customers alot of time and money that way!
