Hi,
I have just installed a new BCM 400 3.7 (fully patched).
It is in a 3/5 split, with Lan1 = IPGATE VLAN 2 and Lan2 = Maint. VLAN1. The sets work well, except for an all zone page. several of the IP sets will not recieve pages. I tested several sets (changes to zone 2 and paged zone 2) and the set is capible of paging when not in an all page .
The Baystacke are set for VLAN 2 QOS priority. The Codec/Jitter was at AUTO and I have tried changing to global 729 , reboot IP Sets and the problem persists....
Any Ideas??

I also have a large delay with pages occuring over the digital sets compared with the IP Sets, If both Digi and IP sets receive an internal page, the IPSets not only are delayed (making the page very hard to understand) but the IP Sets "clip" the announcments..

Thanks,
Nortech1

FYI... Worked with Nortel on this. There are several bulletens about the number of IP phones you can page too and the time delay's (10 sets 1.5 seconds, 20 sets 3.5 and so on). But these were for 3.5 not 3.7... I am increasing the PEC III and will see if the increased resources will handle these pages better...BTW Release 4.0 sound pretty cool ! Any paper on them out there?

Thanks,
Nortech1 ;-)
