BCM overhead paging problem

I have a weird BCM400 4.0 paging problem. Customer uses feature 630 and 631 to page. Using these codes the overhead speaker should work for both, but it doesn't. It only works for 631. It also works for feature 62 so it's not a wiring problem.
I'm stumped, any ideas other than a reboot?

Dosent F630 ask for a zone?

third digit "0" is all zones and "1" is a subset of phones in their own zone. The third digit should be inconsequential but for whatever reason it's not. The second digit "3" should be telling the system to use both the overhead and telephone speakers.

Paging shortcuts

internal (extns) feature 61 then zone 1 to 3
External (spkr) feature 62 (no zone)
Combined (BOTH) feature 63 then zone 1 to 3

There is no 630.

you can use feature 60
(choose page type)
then press 3 for both internal and external.

F603 not f630

Turned out that rebooting the system solved the problem.

I guess the profiles are different depending on the country because here in NA, you can use Feature 630 for all zones or Feature 631 to 636 for zones 1 to 6(Int.and Ext.)

Yes you are right
I was looking at my old Norstar Compact Plus Book
But the Bcm has extra zones and i did try 630.
It did work for both as you all have said.

So I learnt something.
