Hello, I have recently taken over managing the BCM system, when i log into BCM select Configuration and then Telephony Services i believe i should see the list of speed dial numbers listed there. However all i see are an option to backup or restore with a path listed. Any ideas?

I am running BCM 3.5 through Mozilla on a linux client.

The system will probably need a reboot.
This is a known issue.

You can try a soft reboot using the log off option on the top line of the browser.
Select system-Log off- dropdown list appears- reboot.

reboot takes at least 6 minutes.

or switch off the power ,,leave for 30 seconds..power up and wait 6 minutes..

Cook1082 is right.

I forgot about that..
If you have java 1.6 then remove it and use java 1.5.
Or
Use a pc that has java 1.5

There is a patch for the new iave so PC's with 1.6 java will work.
