BCM not responding

Calls not being answered by auto attendant, they go directly to main console. Cannot ping device
HELP never worked on these before any suggestions would be useful.

I've had this happen before. A scheduled backup causes the VM service to stop and for some wacky reason, it doesn't restart. I've rebooted the phone system and that's brought it back up quickly.
