BCM Not Acknowledging Active Inbound CO Call

Hey. I have one for ya'll. I have a 50 w/ Ver. 2.0 that appears to not acknowledge an active CO call "Coming In" periodically. I know that there was a patch to resolve this issue on the Ver. 1.0.

Has anyone else experiened this yet or know of a patch to resolve this?
