can the BCM do all this,
ACD queing of incoming calls
conditional voicemail so if not logged in the que it would call got voicemail greeting, also with time of day AKA off hours,
a CTI interface where the caller can be transferred to a external party (we use Centrex for analog lines)
basic reporting so see how many calls came in in a given time period, or how many where handled by a particular agent in a time period,
6-8 ACD sets, We are starting small
