BCM Music on hold volume

Hi,
do any one know how to adjust the music on hold volume on the BCM 4.0
I'm using wav file but callers are saying it's playing to loud. I see a feature under feature setting for music on hold say use system volume or use set volume i have it set to use system volume but there is no way to ajust it.

Download the WAV file. Use a program called Audacity (free and an awesome editor) to lower the volume (you will see a slide bar to the left of the wave signal of the file). Once this is done, export it as a wav file then upload that back to the BCM. Make sure on the BCM to remove the old file using the Music Manager before uploading the same named file.
