I did one, but it came out at 17 Gigs and I don't know if it will work. I've used another program called WinHex and just did a copy onto another 160 Gig hard drive.

As Firebird wrote the Acronis image comes out too large to upload or email easily. I bit the bullet, bought a multi-image HDD and created my own image.
