Hi There!

Does anyone know whether port 60001 is the right port to forward when you want to be able to deploy BCM Monitor remotely? I don't have any issues with either 5989 for Element Manager or 443 for Voicemail access, but Monitor seems to be tempermental. Working sometimes, but not always, sometimes needing a reboot or service shutdown to restore it? Tried TCP UDP or both with no stability success.

This is what I use

Game or Service Protocol Port Range Translate To
BCM 50 RTP over UDP UDP 30000 - 30099 30000 - 30099
BCM Element Manager access TCP 5989 - 5989 5989 - 5989
BCM IP Phone Signalling UDP 7000 - 7002 7000 - 7002
BCM Monitor access TCP 60001 - 60001 60001 - 60001
BCM RTP Ports UDP 28000 - 28255 28000 - 28255
BCM Voice RTP Ports UDP 51000 - 51010 51000 - 51010

I hope it helps you.

Are you talking about a specific BCM it is connecting too?
What BCM model?
What Release?
Does it have the latest patches?
Have you tried another PC/Laptop?
Have you tried direct to the OAM port?
Did you uninstall and reinstall Monitor?
