Does anyone know what to do about this? I have BCM400 rel 4.0 all latest patches loaded. Customer has 24 VoIP trunks. When customer uses BCM Monitor, not all of the VoIP trunks are displayed. I know they are all working because I can make calls. Yesterday, VoIP trunks 5-24 were displayed. I made 4 VoIP calls and all got thru but the were on VoIP trunks 1-4. When I made a 5th VoIP call, the 5th VoIP trunk was accessed, so I am sure that all VoIP trunks are working. BCM Monitor version is 60.1.01.27.
