Has anyone had this issue? I run BCM Monitor and it doesn't show the duration of the call on all trunks. I have a PRI, copper trunks, and VoIP trunks and sometimes it shows the duration on incoming but not outgoing calls. All my BCMS have all the latest patches loaded. There is a combination of BCM50's (R1,R2,R3) and a 400 v4.0.
