I have a BCM 400 v3.7 and I just had a reboot this morning. Everything is up and running and I can connect through BCM Monitor, but I can't get and lines to appear under 'Line Monitor'.

Hopefully there is something easy I need to do.

Thanks

You could try restarting the LMS or CTI services or another reboot.. There is also this, but I am not sure it applies to your exact situation:

Line Monitor tab in BCM Monitor does not show any active or inactive lines.
Problem Description

Fact:
Business Communications Manager
BCM
BCM 3.6

Symptom:
Line Monitor tab in BCM Monitor does not show any active or inactive lines.
Under Line Monitor tab in BCM Monitor, "Show All Lines" option is grayed out.
The check box for "Show all Lines (including inactive)" under "Line Monitor, Visible Lines" is also grayed out.
No lines can ben seen even though the BCM is configured with analog lines.

Change:
If a BCM 3.01 is upgraded to 3.6, the "Line Monitor" on the BCM Monitor is completely grayed out.

Cause:
BCM 3.01 did not have Line Monitor Server (LMS) Service. Therefore when these systems are upgraded to 3.6, the LMS does not get started automatically, which causes Line Monitor to not work.

Problem Resolution

Fix:
The LMS service needs to be manually started on the BCM:
1. Access the Unified Manager:
Configure --> Diagnostics and click on Service Manager.
2. In the right pane, select LMS and then from the tool bar on the top, click on Configuration --> Modify Services.
3. Set the following parameters:
Startup: Automatic
Status: Start
4. Click Save.

Once this process is complete, restart BCM Monitor and the active and inactive lines will show up under Line Monitor tab.
