Has anyone ever seen in BCM monitor on the Voice Port tab where it shows a VM DN as "reserverd for transfer callback" ? When this happens the line shows as in use on the phone (that line key) but it is really not.

Have not seen that, but it should indicate a call was transferred from voicemail and is ringing somewhere. (check the line monitor tab)
Voicemail is reserving the channel in case the transfer call back timer expires and it needs to return the call to voicemail.
