BCM Monitor

When using the BCM Monitor, on some of our sites, I cannot see the lines in the BCM but still can see usage data, BCM info, etc...is there an option that I can chenge to be able to see the line data as well?

You need to upgrade BCM mon to new version such as 43.1.14.27

Old version has this problem when you mon BCM50 v3

thanks. I thought it was the software version but wanted to just see. That does explain why i can view line data on some and not other BCM's. Sometimes i also get an MSM error when trying to connect.
