BCM Monitor

I've had this problem on a number of different BCM50s.(Seems to be more of a consistent problem on the later versions of the OS). I have Element Manager hooked to up the OAM port(10.10.11.1) and things are working fine. I launch BCM Monitor from the tools pull down menu, use correct IP/name/passwd and the error message I get is something to the effect of "system not found".
What gives?
I've checked the patch list and nothing seems to address this problem. Thanks for any suggestions.
 
I have the same problem.
When using BCM monitor with one IP@, no problem. When i change BCM to another one with a different IP@, it doesn't work anymore.
I have seen that when BCM monitor is installed on a PC at customer site and never try a different BCM than the customer one, it's always run fine...
I guess Nortel doesn't imagine BCM Monitor have to installed on travel PCs...

Any idea welcome
