I'm trying to use BCM Monitor with Automatic Snapshot on a 3.7 Build 2.4l The monitor will display activity in real time and if the snapshot is manually activated, it will save a file, but with no UIP or Line Monitor statistics? When set to automatic, it shows activated on the task bar and turns off automatically after the preset time, yet no files are created/written? Any ideas or comments from someone or any other way to get this info out?
