We were running a BCM400 on 4.0 with two circuits: 1 local PRI, the other a LD circuit. After the BCM 450 upgrade(all new hardware chassis & migrated MBM/licensing onto a 5.0 release), I observed that the BCM Monitor utility under the Line Monitor tab was no longer showing the LD circuit line status. We use this utility often to monitor utilization. We see the Local PRI lines/status just fine, but not the LD pri. We talked to our vendor and they consulted Nortel. They believe a patch will fix the problem (BCM450 SU.007). Not sure... we'll be applying it soon. Wondered if anyone else on 450 5.0 platform had seen this sort of problem before?

Have you removed EM and BCM Monitor from your PC and then downloaded the newer versions from the upgraded BCM?

Good point. Yes we wiped and reinstalled EM and BCM Monitor without success (on multiple machines to be sure!
Still no luck. A very odd problem to have happen. I wasn't happy with the vendor when I found this feature missing. We use BCM Monitor a lot!! I have no visiblity into 23 LD lines???

On the new systems, you have to download the monitor from the Application Launcher, then launch the Monitor separately. You can't launch it from within Element Manager any longer.

When you run it from the AL, it should put an icon on your desktop for you.
