BCM Monitor Trouble.

I have a customer with 2 BCM 50's. They have been working fine and I have been using the customers private network
to program and monitor systems. All of the sudden I cannot
connect to the BCM's with the monitor program. I can connect
with element manager. Any ideas?

BCM monitor changed. You need to download teh one from the BCM50 for compatibility.
