Has anyone experienced an issue of not being able to view call information when using BCM monitor on a BCM450 with PRI? I have three BCM450 systems that I can't view the call info on PRI calls however on one of the systems there is both digital and analog trunks and I only view call info on the analog trunks. All systems are patched up to date and I am using the lastest version of Element Manager and BCM Monitor on my laptop. I not having any issues viewing this call information on BCM50's or BCM400's using PRI. Any suggestions?
