BCM Monitor inoperative on BCM450

Vendor upgraded BCM400 to 450 last weekend. I have a few issues...
1. BCM Monitor does not display any PRI even with the checkbocx clicked for all information.
2. The CDR- FTP PUSH is not working. All information did not transfer during migration. Should have screen captured before migration.
3. Voicemail DN all changed. Had to update all forwarding and DID Targets. Ring groups too. All corrected

Anyone know how to fix BCM Monitor? My vendor told me he has the same problem on another site they upgraded today.
 
Yes, All are up to date. BCM Monitor 60.1.01.27

LMS Service is running. I stopped it and restarted. Still no real time information.
 
yes, 400 before migration, yes, 450 before import. System shows no other updates are needed.
As I posted, my Vendor was notifies and thought the same thing and checked for patches. He upgrade another today and BCM Monitor does not work on it either.
Anyone have a BCM450 with BCM Monitor working?

Sure, all of them, R5 and R6.

Not sure where you got the info regarding updates but you need SU003 for BCM450 R6. Put that in first and see if the problem clears.
 
It has patch BCM450.R600.SU Ver. 2-2 R6 Aug 2010 Smart Update
 
Just had a look through SU-003 and came accross this one. Not sure if it will help but it certainly won't hurt.

23. BCM Monitor cannot connect
BCM Monitor cannot connect due to secure sockets waiting to be closed by other application.

Thank you for that piece of information. My vendor will be able to download it if not too busy. No account for me to log on and check. I will keep you posted.
 
Just a thought - have you tried uninstalling and downloading Monitor from the BCM? I have a lot of 450 R5 and Monitor is working on all of them.
 
Vendor applied patched last Friday. BCM Monitor is still inoperative.

A new patch was applied last Thursday and corrected the problem.

it was not looking at poet 200 up.
 
We encounterd almost the exact same problem when we upgraded our BCM400 R4 to BCM450 R5. After going to R5, BCM Monitor would only display our local PRI lines (61 - 83). Our LD PRI lines (151 - 173) would not display in BCM Monitor. A direct result or R5 update. Nortel identified it as a bug and 2-3 months later we got a patch to correct this. Then we upgraded to R6 and the problem came back??? We are still awaiting a patch update for this problem again... Fyi - VOJ
 
Where do you get these patches at now? Nortel is now owned by Avaya and they limit availability to get patches. I use to just login into PEP library and get what I needed. Avaya seems to make this impossible without being a partner.
