BCM Monitor (BCM Info tab)

On the Info tab in BCM monitor, does it mean I have an issue if the Hard drive is labelled as 'unknown'?

I know that normally this information would show the size of the HDD, but on an odd site we are seeing the unknown entry.

Any help?
