Is there a Volume control to adjust the Volume level on prerecorded messages. I have 50 sites and only 1 of them has low volume. they all use the same orig files copied to them.

None that I'm aware of, provided you're talking about auto attendant greetings.
Are there any other complaints about low volume on that system?
You could always export the files and get one of those nifty WAV file programs that boosts the volume level of the file, then upload it back to the switch and see if that helps.
