Hi All,

Does anyone know if RCC is being implemented into IP Office 7.0 Norstar flavour?

Advanced thanks for any comments

Gary

You could use Avaya CCR, which is the equivalent of RCC or a software package called Chronicall by Xima Software. Chronicall is the way to go in my opinion if you want something that is easy to configure and use without the hassles of Avaya CCR.

RSI Shadow CMS may meet your needs. Good support, remote installation, and training.

I tried to figure out the logic behind CCR. It reminded me of the old enterprise edge 2.0 call center reporting package. I spent the better part of a day trying to make CCR work. I had Chronicall up and running, realtime and historical, in 30 minutes. Just my preference however.

Xima Chronicall looks great on trial run . CCR is still a bit buggy, IMHO.

Oh no!
Don't tell me that biv!

Sounds like a 5 steps backward instead of the 3 steps forward I was hoping for.
Guess I'll be checking into the Xima Chronicall myself.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, having specialised in RCC support for BCM, I kind of get the impression that CCR has limitations and problems too, albeit I've not been involved much in CCR for IP Office. Just what I hear !!
