BCM - Mic volume for hands-free

This might be a dead-end but I don't suppose there's a way to set the microphone sensitivity for hands-free? I had to take down the system for a power outage, now that it's back online ALL users are reporting that nobody can hear them if on speaker phone. I don't know if this is a system-wide setting but I doubt it.

What could be the problem??

Please disregard, it seems the issue has magically corrected itself...
