Just curious if anybody has heard of or knows where to find a software program that would simulate a fully operational BCM switch even though the system is not in use? Somthing that would run outgoing/incoming/internal calls on a regular basis from multiple ports. Basically, we want to let the software run on a brand new out of the box BCM for a couple days to make sure nothing will fail once the system is installed on a customer's premise. We seem to get burned a lot on product advisories that don't come out until after we have already found a large number of 'problem' systems in our new installs. The latest media bay power issue and the high ring voltage which causes low line level have accounted for almost 20% of the latest batch of installs we did....(70 total for one customer).

Any information would be appreciated....and if you made it to the end of this post, thanks for reading it!
