BCM LED Question

We have a BCM 400 that has a LED that stays red all the time. Left most LED, looks like a power symbol under it. We are not having any service interuptions all is working okay, should I be concerned?

Is this a 4.0? If it is then you have a major or critical alarm. I would check it out.

What software version on the BCM?

If version 4, check the alarms.

If earlier version, possible power supply issue?
