Hi All,
Being a complete newbie to Nortel BCM I must say this forum has been very useful. So useful I've spent the last 72 hours just soaking it all in.
I picked up a BCM400 (4.0) for next to nothing on eBay about six months ago but have only come round to fully realising how useful it could be after a friend spotted it in my basement.
My question: I am told they are being phased out so I may need to get BCM50 to set up the call center project I have thought up. The documentation on the Avaya site has a bit about tranferring licenses from a BCM200 to a BCM400. Is it posibble to to port them to a BCM50 too? Would an Avaya partner take issue with my not being the initial owner of the BCM400?
There are 32UCM/32VM/32LAN CTE/1ICC/10ICC Agents/2ICC Skillsets on the BCM400. Would love to be able to reuse these if possible.
