BCM Keycode Generation

I purchased a Rls 1 BCM50 system from ebay which was brand new and still boxed. Tried to get it working and as there was no configuration file in the element manager I am presuming that a new system must need keycodes installed. I realise i've made a mistake now because only Nortel partners/resellers can get access to Nortels keycode generator (the auth codes came with the system).

Is there any way out of this dilemma or will I have to put the system back on ebay ?
