I am in the process of creating/implementing an IVR solution for a Taxi Company. We have above average knowledge on BCM's but this would be the first IVR undertaking. We have the ability to create the database but how it communicates with the BCM is the gray area(Yes I know there are keycodes to purchase). I am looking for someone to help with this project... serious responses only.
