BCM is not transfering calls when AA is on. 1

We have a BCM 400 4.0. It is a Real Estate company and the agents want their phones forwarded (All) to their cell phone when they are out of the office. During the day when a live body answers the call the recept trasfers the call to the agents ext# and that get routed to the cell phone perfectly. Now after hours when the AA is on when we dial the extension from the AA greeting I see where is tries to grab a trunk (BCM Monitor) and dials out but after a second it disconnects the call. It is only when the transfer is from the AA is when it disconnects. If they dial the DID or have recept transfer it it works great. We have a full PRI and is fully patched to the latest rel. Any help would be great.
 
Also all the voicemail DN's have blocB (PRI) setup to dial out in line pool access and they all have allow redirect turned on as well.
 
Is this a VOIP to PRI or a full voice PRI circuit? There are issues with VOIP /PRI's.
 
Check the restriction filters assigned to the vm ports for when the system is in night mode.
 
In normal mode they use filter 2 and nothing is in it and in night mode it they use filter 11 and nothing is in it. Also checked the PRI trunks and the day is using filter 3 with 011 setup on it and the night is using filter 21 with 011 in it to block international calls. I tried removing the programming from filter 21 and same result.
 
OK then, what are your AA Properties settings? Are you using CCR tees?
 
We are using greeting table 1 that plays greeting 1 24/7 and uses CCR tree 1 24/7. Disable DN dialing is UNCHECKED on all 4 time periods.
