We have a BCM 400 4.0. It is a Real Estate company and the agents want their phones forwarded (All) to their cell phone when they are out of the office. During the day when a live body answers the call the recept trasfers the call to the agents ext# and that get routed to the cell phone perfectly. Now after hours when the AA is on when we dial the extension from the AA greeting I see where is tries to grab a trunk (BCM Monitor) and dials out but after a second it disconnects the call. It is only when the transfer is from the AA is when it disconnects. If they dial the DID or have recept transfer it it works great. We have a full PRI and is fully patched to the latest rel. Any help would be great.
