BCM IP TELEPHONY SETTINGS ISSUES

Hi , I've got a problem on a BCM 200 Running 3.0 ,whenever I try to turn on registration for Ip phones in SERVICES----IP TELEPHONY-----NORTEL IP TERMINALS---GENERAL ....the configs revert to default (OFF) whenever I apply .I need this to work so that I'd register IP phones..

Please help

One of two things. Either you don't have IP keycodes in the system or you're having a Java problem. Java issues will prevent the changes from being submitted properly.

Try the config from a different PC, or you may need to dumb down the Java version on your PC. Release 3.0 won't play well with JRE 1.5 or higher.

Is it possible that at one point u maxed out your purchased keycodes and later unplugged the sets but forgot to deregister them in the BCM?
