BCM IP sets

My client has a bcm50 with 32 licenses. The 1140e gives me an error message that says: Server No ports left?
What does this mean

Maybe you need to de-register some sets that are not active on the system anymore.

Never mind, we ran out of licenses for the IP sets

I am at max of 32 on BCM50. Client is using 32 IP sets

Look into a 450.. You can find units on eBay with 50-100 IP seats and then you should never run out.
